I know I’m weird-I like Spaghetti-Os cold out of the can. I also like cheap frozen pizza. I like Stouffers’s  Mac N Cheese, but I want to make it myself. So here goes.

Homemade Stouffer's Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1 c whole milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook macaroni. Drain and set aside. 

  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter, add soup, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stir slowly and add cheddar cheese. 

  3. Keep stirring and add sour cream. Slowly add milk and stir. Add pasta. Eat!
