Baked Shrimp

Not a fan of shrimp, I like this easy recipe. It’s simple and very Low Carb-friendly.

Add any seasonings you’d like-kind of like shrimp scampi.

Baked Shrimp

Servings 6


  • 1 1/2 pounds raw shrimp peeled and deveined (if frozen, thawed)-you can leave tails on
  • 4 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 lemon sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • seasonings of choice such as dried Italian seasoning, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Lay lemon slices evenly on baking sheet, then lay shrimp on top of lemon.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes, until bubbly and shrimp are just cooked.
