This recipe takes me back to when I was 10. I don’t really know why, but I can imagine my mom making a casserole using a can of cream of something soup, ground beef and canned green beans.
This recipe is so easy to make-no soup cans here. To make it keto, cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and whipping cream are used. You will need an oven-proof skillet, since it goes from stovetop to oven. Otherwise, pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake it.
It serves 8, and each portion is 4 net gr carbs! All you need is a yummy, crunchy salad, and dinner is ready.

Keto Green Bean Beef Casserole
4 net carbs ea serving, serves 8
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 2 cans cut green beans, drained
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef in a cast-iron skillet then drain the excess grease.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted then add beef broth, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat until mixture begins to thicken then reduce heat and simmer.
Once the ground beef mixture thickens add the two cans of green beans that have been drained on top then sprinkle cheese on top of green beans.Bake for 25 minutes
