Quick & Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

This is my easiest low-carb/keto recipe yet. It’s also very adaptable to what you have on hand. Last night I had some frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot in a steamer bag. I had a bag of frozen riced cauliflower that I got at Aldi for 1.79 a bag. I also had 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
I steamed the veggies in the microwave, stir-fried the chicken, cut into small strips, then added the riced cauliflower and then the veggies. I added soy sauce and voila!
