    You know when you can’t help yourself from eating something wonderful before it’s done? Well, these are like that. Once I make this warm candy, I can’t even wait until I roll them into balls, then in coconut and I’ve got a mouthful of that warm, date/butter mixture.     This makes so much that it’s perfect for gift-giving during the holidays. Easy to make-dump everything in your crock pot (slow cooker) and put the lid on. Stir and drop-let dry, that’s it! Print Crock Pot Candy Ingredients 2 jars salted peanuts 16 oz. 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz 1 bag milk chocolate chips 12 oz 2 bag peanut butter chips 10 oz each 2 pkgs white almond bark or vanilla candy coating 1 lb each Instructions Layer all ingredients in a large Crock Pot (starting with peanuts).     Microwave Peanut Brittle

    My go-to Christmas recipe for gift-giving. I haven’t found anyone who doesn’t love it yet. Print Microwave Peanut Brittle Ingredients 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 cup salted peanuts 1 teaspoon butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking soda Instructions Combine sugar and light corn syrup in large microwave-safe bowl and heat on high 4 minutes.  Stir in peanuts and heat on high 3 minutes. Stir in butter & vanilla and heat on high 1 1/2 minutes. Add baking soda and stir, it will foam up, and pour onto baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray lightly. Spread with knife.     I love to give this for the holidays in a cute container as gifts. It makes a ton, so it’s perfect to give. Print White Chocolate Snack Mix Ingredients 1 box cap'n crunch cereal 3 c any type cheerios cereal 3 c assorted chex cereals i use all corn chex 1 c peanuts optional 2 lb white almond bark 3 Tbsp vegetable oil Instructions Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.
