    Creamy Mac N Cheese Please

I know I’m weird-I like Spaghetti-Os cold out of the can. I also like cheap frozen pizza. I like Stouffers’s  Mac N Cheese, but I want to make it myself. So here goes. Print Homemade Stouffer's Mac N Cheese Ingredients 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1/4 cup butter 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper 1/2 t dry mustard 1 c whole milk 1/2 c sour cream Instructions Boil salted water and cook macaroni. Zita Taco Bake

Talk about an easy and quick kid-approved dinner! It tastes like taco because of the packet of taco seasoning, sort of like mac-n-cheese because of the pasta and cheese, and is so easy to make. I got the original recipe from Just A Pinch HERE. I renamed it and kept the recipe the same and know you will love it as much as I do. Print Ziti Taco Bake Ingredients 3/4 bag s ziti noodles, 1 lb of ground beef 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 c water 1/2 pkg cream cheese 1 1/2 c shredded cheese mexican mix Instructions Boil pasta until just cooked. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix…

    Shortcut Honey-Lime Chicken Enchiladas

I love this easy recipe because it begins with a store-bought rotisserie chicken, but when you get through with it, the taste is remarkable, and it looks very pretty if you garnish it with just a few cherry or grape tomatoes and fresh cilantro or parsley, if you’d like. Sometimes, as in my photo, I add red bell peppers or green to the chicken mixture too. The honey and lime add that sweet/acidic balance that makes a dish extra good. I think you’ll love it like we do. Print Shortcut Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas Ingredients 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken, taken off the bone and shredded with a fork 2 T…

    Cowgirl Stew

I’ve been making this for so many years I could actually make it blindfolded! I used Ranch Style Beans in it, but I’ve found some parts of the U.S. don’t have that particular brand like we do in the South, so just use Chili Beans, and don’t drain them. You can also use fresh, frozen or canned veggies of your choice. It’s an excellent way to clean out the fridge if you have some ground beef. Print Cowgirl Stew Ingredients 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil 2 pounds ground beef 3 cups water 1 16 oz. package frozen corn 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 15 oz. can ranch-style…

    Quick & Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

This is my easiest low-carb/keto recipe yet. It’s also very adaptable to what you have on hand. Last night I had some frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot in a steamer bag. I had a bag of frozen riced cauliflower that I got at Aldi for 1.79 a bag. I also had 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. I steamed the veggies in the microwave, stir-fried the chicken, cut into small strips, then added the riced cauliflower and then the veggies. I added soy sauce and voila! Print Quick & Easy Chicken Stir-Fry Used with frozen riced cauliflower for a low-carb/keto version Servings 6 Ingredients 3 tbsp olive oil plus 2 tbsp 1 1/2…
